H Rolls & Shawarma — Restaurant in Delhi

Public Complaint – Disgusting, Rotten Food Delivered at Midnight ⚠️ Ordered 3 shawarmas at midnight out of hunger. Paid full amount and waited patiently. What I received was nothing less than poison. The shawarma smelled absolutely rotten and expired. Within 5 minutes of taking the first bite, I realized this was spoilt meat, clearly unhealthy and unsafe. I immediately called the restaurant — the owner didn't pick my calls. When he finally did, he casually asked me to "wait and he'll call back". After calling again and confronting him, he admitted the food was bad and smelly , yet still had the audacity to keep the shop open and serve this garbage to others. I requested him to take the food back, and instead of taking responsibility, he started showing attitude saying "I already apologized and you complained on Zomato, I am okay with it."

This is not about money. This is about health and basic safety. This is about the arrogance and negligence of a food business owner who is serving expired chicken to people and behaving proudly about it. Shameful.

✅ I'm tagging this publicly so no one else suffers. ✅ This restaurant should be shut down immediately. ✅ Health department should take action. Money can be earned again — but health once harmed can't be reversed. Please never order from this restaurant. This can literally harm you. I even told him to keep the change for the "betterment of his restaurant" if he thinks this is how to run a food business. Absolutely...

Very bad experience. I ordered rolls with tandoori sause mayonnaise but I received roll without tandoori sause. When I called restaurant, he told talk to Zomato. He can't help it. Restaurant was very rude in it's response. Even I called Restaurant before order delivery to remind them to put tandoori sause but still received without sause. Now after delivery I shared photos of roll but no response. Restaurant is denying it. Very bad customer service. I do not...

Worst shawarma I have ever had. Poor quality. I was feeling like vomit. When you ask them what is your specialty they say "sabh badiya hai". I think the vendor never ever had a good tasting shawarma in his life. Yuck taste...
