Haldiram's - East Delhi Mall Kaushambi — Restaurant in Delhi

Haldiram is known for their food and service. BUT the way we were treated yesterday at Haldiram EDM mall completely contradicts this. Proper bill was not given The person at billing counter was rude and and he should entertain people one by one in que. But he was randomly taking orders and said this is the way. At the counter as well, we waited for more than 30 min to receive our order and observed that the order was being delivered randomly without any bill number or token sequence number. We had to finally ask for refund of our Invoice as it was looking like a fish market. Getting refund also took more than 20min because the person at the billing counter had no Ethics and made us wait purposely.

We came from Bangalore after long time and wanted to have some good food from Haldiram, but were shocked to see such rude and frustrating attitude by Haldiram team. Good food TASTES ALWAYS GOOD WITH GOOD SERVICE AND NOT WITH RUDE BEHAVIOUR.

Good north Indian items. But I found the mai lassi did not have any malai in it. Do not drink it here, head to Bikaner if you want a delicious Malai Lassi. Served in the same manner in mud cups but i found Bikaner was always thicker and filling. The one at Haldirams was mors liquid. The paneer starter was excellent and delicious. The right masala and right consistency. Best to have there, instead of carry home, as the packaging they do and the sealing ends up creating moisture inside the packet which reduces the outer scrunchiness.
