Haldiram's - Mathura Road — Restaurant in Delhi

I am former senior banker and jounalist.visiting this resturant for the last more than 20 yrs.it is a decent nice eating outlet with all qualities needed.it lacks when it comes that there is no north indian or soth indian dish for jains and brahmins and devoties rturning from mathura vrindavan who wish food without onion and garlic except chole bhature and few snacks.you should introduce jain sambhar and some vegetable without onion and garlic for many people who get disappointed.but they find their choice in sagar ratna and some other places where qulity is inferior.kindly look in to this aspect even if slightly difficult for staff and management.you will do a great job and have blessings of many. Today I visited with my family as usually visit frequently.I had two plates of choley bhaturey and curd extra.I was surprised to find rs.45 were charged for each 100gm curd meaning the curd was given at rs 450 per kg I was expecting minimum 200gms of curd in that price. Unfortunately the prices of items served are being increased exhorbantly quantity reduced and quality deteriorated

Perhaps the younger generation of the group is interested in becoming multi billionaire very fast and also diversify in other businesses .Remer one day such thinking makes you to vanish suddenly in present competitive environment. Hope you...

Poor very bad system Today around 12.46pm i visited Haldiram outlet at Mathura Rd Bought sweets, snacks,bill no 101/2223/130415 Just see how is the service selected sweet, snacks and four bottles of badam milk Salesman issed bill for sweets and for other items referred me to snack counter Placed pkts of snacks and badam milk for billing Went to cash counter for payment, paid the bill,collected sweet and when went to snacks counter he gave me only snacks I said gentleman what about my badam milk bottles and asked me to pay at the cash counter Why i asked him Said he i don't issue bills for this item Hi to cash counter i said sir you should have told me earlier He started shouting I contacted the outlet manager,she also flatly said go to cash counter This is our system I said why ur salesmen at both the counters told me Wasted 15 minutes in this act I said to manager why didn't u deploy a biling clerk at this counter I was told लेना हो तो लो आपकी मर्जी Silent she was I said once again what to do with these bottles,she again said pay at the cash counters
