After so much of contemplation, I placed an order from them, but it turned out to be the worst decision I guess. I'm believing that they fulfilled my request of not putting ajino moto/msg in the chilli chicken. It tasted decent, but I'm not sure as to what the issue was: my husband and I both fell sick after eating it, there was an immense amount of discomfort that we both felt after eating it. We actually had to settle ourselves down by having a digestive drink and after drinking that, I threw up and had lose motions. I somehow feel relieved, but my husband is not able to sleep since the time he has eaten the dish. I won't discourage anyone from placing an order, but I felt it imperative to share my experience. Only the owner and his workers know as to why and what caused this. I would only say that please do not trick/cheat the customers because of whom your business is running and especially when people have become apprehensive or have many other health issues to consider when eating/ordering outside. It's not feasible to make everything at home and that's when you guys come to rescue. As much as we need you, you need us too and I'm sure COVID must have taught this the hard way. It's up to you to realise whether you want to enjoy filling your pockets with the momentary pleasure/amount of money or a customer for a lifetime.
To answer the owner's question as to which outlet am I talking about - I've given my review for the restaurant I placed my order from i.e. the Moti Nagar one, so naturally my review pertains to that one. I didnt even know that you've other outlets where people can indulge in the food and harm their digestive system. Also, not to mention about the packing - whatever little gravy the chilli chicken had, it had leaked into the polybag by the time it reached me. Only if the reviews were/are to affect you will you feel the need to bring about a change in you and your service. I reiterate that do not just focus on making money, build relations and you'll go a long way and if you continue doing the former, then I'm sorry to say that you'll not be able to sustain in the...

Read moreI ordered veg manchurian gravy and garlic mix vegetables via Foodpanda for this meal and paid 270 Rs for the whole order to be delivered to Mansarover Garden. While the box of dry veg was good sized but the veg manchurian was very disappointing. There were only 6 manchurian balls with barely 4 tablespoon of gravy packed in a small plastic round box. When called about the dismal quantity, the owner was unapologetic and said this is a 500 ml box and they give this for 1 plate full of veg manchurian. I kept telling him that in other places they give double this quantity with atleast 10-12 balls and a lot of gravy, but it had no affect on him. The balls were hard and the taste was average too. Am not happy...
