KFC — Restaurant in Delhi

KFC is one of my favourite places for a quick meal when time is a constraint. This outlet is in Anupam Saket Main market complex. The order counter is on the ground floor, sitting and toilet is on the first (Though in Covid-19 times it is only operational for pickup and deliveries). The place is clean, and service is fast. The staff is helpful & fast, best things to try are: Rice Bowls (Discontinued), burgers, Hot wings & Chicken Popcorns all are yummy. Thought Recently I realised they have stopped serving the rice bowls and made them in biryani, which as per me is going too far with local taste. The biryani boxes (Normal Biryani & Hyderabad Biryani Version) come in large size and are accompanied with gravy, as per me these are too spicy and filled with a lot of garlic and fried onions. I feel the rice bowls were way better option as the taste was spice level was perfect, would love it if they come back along with the biryani versions that KFC has just come out with. Most of the time, their kfc delivery parter is absent. While ordering on Wednesday, this branch is by default closed in KFC app but open in Swiggy. There are times when you order Large popcorn and you receive medium size popcorn in the box of large one. Also, once I ordered 12 piece peri peri strips and I was shocked to see the size of the strips I received. I think it is better for all to keep a weighing machine with you while ordering from this particular branch so that you can weigh them and raise a concern. I am writing this review because for the last one month I had to order through Swiggy and had to pay more for the same bucket that I could have got in cheap if these guys had kept their own delivery parter.
