I've been a regular customer for years, but my recent visits have been a letdown. The dishes that were once flavorful and fresh now taste bland and uninspiring.

Specifically:

Sambar lacks depth and spice Dosa batter is inconsistent, often too thick or thin Service is slow and inattentive

It's sad to see a once-favorite restaurant decline in quality. Madras Cafe needs to revamp their kitchen and service to regain their loyal customer base.
