I recently visited Decathlon Store, Preet Vihar Branch and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was inviting and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable specially Mr. Piyush. The variety of products available was impressive; they had everything I was looking for and more. What truly sets this store apart is their exceptional customer service. Mr piyush went above and beyond to assist me, answering all my questions and even providing recommendations that perfectly suited my preferences. It is a connecting store, It has selected range of products(not all products) specially in sports segment in their store, due to lack of space the store is not big as generally all decathlon stores are. Most of the time i face the same issue that the product is out of stock they say, but actually they don't have that stock because of storage issue may be. It is the smallest Decathalon store that I have visited in NCR. They appear to have limited stocks of cloting and sporting goods compared to other stores. Also, one thing that I have noticed across all Decathalon stores is that their staff is not really interested in explaining stuff to you. If you ask them something, they will quickly answer as briefly as possible and always appear to be in a hurry to do some other stuff. You do not feel that they are being cooperative or informative.
