Response to the reply of owner: Please do not mislead with lies on this trusted public platform... such issue happened second time consecutively.. you overcharged me more than the menu board(mind u it wsnt GST as it ws way higher %age), then told me it needed to be updated, i asked for printed menu, u said its not available, out of prints. Then you quoted spaghetti pasta that was a new dish(not in the menu) and agreed at 150 for trial.. and then without confirming charged everything ur own way, as there was no price menu to cross chk. Its called being cheap. And it tasted pathetic.. u promised heavenly taste and it ws so useless i left half of it on table. I hve had way better pasta in krisha nagar and also from nmbr of swiggy zomato deliveries on a lesser cost.. ppl pay 600 for pasta at big chill bcoz its worth it.. for urs, its wasnt worth that 150 even, no idea of proper dressings and flavours.. just accept ur manipulated moves and improvise. Playing defensive and misleading arguments will not help.. i hv been visiting rupa since my childhood for ice creams, had respect, but this kind of disparaging reply makes u lose all respect..wish the previous ppl who ran this wud hv continued, u just got an established business with no idea of efforts gone in.. or how to maintain the bullrun.

Original review: Did not like the attitude, they tell you the price of smthng @ 150, then they bill you @250.. not at all value for money, billed me 500+ for a useless pasta and fries..!!! they try to trick you all the time, in my previous visit they charged me for triple sundae and then gave me 2 scoops, saying that the prices are changed..!!! Pathetic way of overcharging.. you have to get up from your seat to check if a server pays you attention.. worst service, worst attitude and they compare their pdts to big chill..!!! big lol... if had only a pasta from big chill, it would have costed me around 600 and a much better time...

This cafe has the worst service I have ever seen in any restaurant👎👎👎 Me and my family likes there chocolate brownie so we prefer to go to the cafe and eat it there , it's been 3-4 times that they specifically serve us in steel packaging boxes but serves everyone else in proper platters , as if we are not paying them like other customers.
