I shopped in this shop for few times but had a worst experience last week as the cashier tried to cheat me. In fact, he literally cheated me and found the truth through their staff and price board. I ordered white forest cake and the price was Rs. 350. But the cashier asked me to pay Rs. 450. I paid the same and was waiting for the cake. Meanwhile I saw the price list where I found the price as Rs. 350. To confirm, I asked one of their honest staffs the price of the cake and he agreed that its Rs. 350 only. Before deciding whether it's a mistake of the cashier or cheating, I asked him twice that, what's the price of White forest cake and he was firm with the price as if he can't accept the truth as he already charged me. Then I called his staff to tell the truth and also informed him that I saw the price list. Omg. You have to see his face. I escaped from his cheating. It's a quite popular Bakery in Dilshad Garden near Sai Chowk, it's usually very crowded all the time. I have also ordered Cakes for my kids birthday along with other eatables and decoration items. Overall i felt that this place is overhyped and their prices are not at competitive, although they have good variety but they are charging way more than the product cost, but still people like to buy from here. During festivals they sell the product even higher than usual. The shop is very small in size and it gets difficult to stand inside in the evenings.
