Nagpal Chholey Bhature Wala — Restaurant in Delhi

Firstly the price and taste should be justified.

The taste is not that great. I'm not sure if this is the original one or one of the franchise of the Nagpal chole bhature brand. I'm highly disappointed.

Staff behaviour is rude. I saw a batch of bhature already prepared before I paid so I requested for a fresh batch but was declined. Even, a little extra onion was declined. I mean the prices are already higher than most other famous places but still doing these cheap tricks.

The place was supposed to be crowded but it was dull on Sunday noon time, so why prepare extra bhature before the order.

Finally, asked for a separate packaging but was told, No separate packaging. Also, I observed the place wasn't as well maintained, as the reputed brand like this.

Finally, the mood was ruined and when it mattered the most to at least savour the taste of the otherwise bad experience, all of the nostalgic memories were gone.

Absolutely no paneer in Bhatura. Heavy Bhatura because of excess soda in the white flour, no shredded paneer whatsoever. Chholey tasted stale and lacked taste. Asked for extra masala aloo in Zomato order, also called the rider to convey the message , upon delivery it was missing and rider confirmed he had asked for it specially. There was no green mint chutney with onion and green chilli. Ordered this on brother's birthday for breakfast, ended up dumping all 3 plates because of staleness, lack of condiments and soda laiden bhaturas. Called the store and was told "Complain daal do Zomato pe and refund le lo". Someone please ask them where can I get my expectations and good mood back from? Ruined the morning. For 100 rupees a plate, the cost cutting from the owner's side is touching the sky. Worst restaurant never order any thing from this restaurant. I ordered 6 plates special panner chole bature. And estimated delivery time is 30minitues and and they keep increasing time. And it shows 1.5 hours time to deliver and they says it delays because restaurant is preparing order from last 1.5hours. never order anything from Uber eats. It is the worst delivery app you have ever seen and they provide no compensation for wasting out 1.5hours. all my family memberw we're waiting for breakfast.
