REAL CHICKEN — Restaurant in Delhi

Ordered from this place. It took them more than an hour to deliver it. They sent me a wrong dish. When I called them back for the replacement. They refused to sent me the correct item.

Chilli chicken was extremely dry. Faizan(who takes order on call) is an extremely rude person. He doesn't have any manners. He hurled abuses when I called him to talk about refund. I was polite and respectful throughout the conversation yet he was trying to blame me and belittling me. It was extremely disrespectful.

I had to visit the shop to talk to the owner but the owner was not paying any attention to my issue and was completely ignorant the whole time and got irritated when I pointed out his mistake and when I asked him to be polite and atleast listen to me, he got angry and started being disrespectful.

I would advice you to avoid this place at all cost instead try some other outlets nearby. Atleast they would...

Good for indian mughlai khana. Although sitting is provided inside but not adequate and suitable for family gathering. Live kitchen. Food quality is ultimate. Specially their Chicken Kali Mirch. I have posted it's pics also. Not spicy at all. Apparatus from tbis, their biryani is also good in taste. I am a regular to this restaurant since many years. They have maintained the very old taste. Value for money. Great place. Menu is quite impressive. We ordered mutton bura and asked for less of bones and wallah, they paid the heed to it. Great in taste. Honestly speaking, one told the best.
