Very poor service We booked it for 70 People function lunch 12 to 5 PM and my reviews as below : Worst quality in terms of food item and portion Very delayed service inappropriate behaviour Promised for Packaged drinking water however provided open water in dirty glasses Only seeking for collecting amount no service in return . Service start promised at 12 PM however started 2 PM and 5 PM they asked we have another function and then they switched off AC’s and lights and started dusting We asked for Nan and other roti at last but they did not provide till the end. Worst experience ever Worst management and staff. We were eating and they uninstalled all the items. Never go for this place because at the time of booking they said there will be no problem at function but it was full of problem.
We have 10 people more in function so they asked me the extra amount in the middle of the function which was not appropriate .
Waiters were also daily wagers they don't know how to serve the people and they were abusing each other.
Only take cash no Card Machine , no payment received from Rupay card.
13.Bad behaviour AC shut down before time and start dusting and unfolding chairs etc.
Totally waste of money because in restaurant industry what matters most is service and quality but for this restaurant Both are invisible.
Irresponsible owner and staff no one is taking responsibility.
If they have function in evening then that should be inform morning function host in advance because they started serving food at 2 PM instead of 12 PM and evening instantly they asked that we have another function and our guest still eating and they stopped bringing food and items and also whatever was there they took it away without informing us

They should change their Name from Lazeez to Bakwas-cheez. Ordered by calling directly and the person who picked the call, was giving instructions to someone and also speaking to me..disgusting and disrespectful. I had to continuously keep saying hello..hello..to get his attention. Nevertheless, based on his recommendation, I ordered Lazeez Special Paneer and Butter Naan. The delivery came quick but that's all. It was the worst preparation that I had so far. There was no taste, no salt, nothing. Just Paneer and pathetic gravy. If this was their special preparation, I pity on other dishes. Road side vendors make better food than them. I guess all money has been spent on decorating the restuarant.
Worst part: when I called the restaurant to complain they refused to accept their mistake and hung up the call. Tried calling 3-4 times after that and no one answered the call, and so it can be safely assumed that they know they have delivered a pathetic dish. Anyways, we added some salt to make it worth eating and finished just quarter of it and threw the rest to garbage bin where the dish rightly belonged.
Even till next day morning we faced heartburn and stomach pain. It was a nightmare ordering food from this place. So I am warning everyone to NOT eat at this place and do so if you are not serious about your...
