Oven Story — Restaurant in Delhi

The restaurant has fake delivery agents who are capable of delaying order delivery up to 2 hrs. The delivery person told me that he works for other restaurant too and has to deliver their order first. On the top of it, he delayed my order for 2 hrs and got it reheated twice before delivering. How good a pizza can taste when reheated twice in 2hrs. Such is their bad service and irresponsible behaviour...

Third class service. No responsibility and bad services from kitchen and delivery boy. They make fool for more than 1.5 hrs and then asked to cancel order. It was prepaid order. Never place prepaid order.

A pathetic place with pathetic staff. Very unhygienic food and unprofessional.They don't even deserve to open store. A third class store with third class service. Will never order from oven story. Worst...
