I recently had the opportunity to dine at PikWik Sarswati Vihar, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. As a vegetarian, I was particularly disappointed with the limited options available and the exorbitant prices.

First and foremost, the pricing at PikWik Sarswati Vihar seemed completely out of proportion to the quality and variety of the food offered. The menu boasted a wide range of dishes, but the prices were unjustifiably high, especially considering the lack of unique or exceptional flavors. It felt like the restaurant was attempting to cash in on its location rather than providing good value for money.

For vegetarians, the situation was even worse. While the menu included a few vegetarian options, they were sparse and uninspiring. It seemed as though the restaurant's focus was primarily on meat-based dishes, and the vegetarian choices were simply an afterthought. Went there for a family dinner. Earlier I went to Pikwik Ring Road Mall Rohini and my experience was amazing there. I heard that Rani Bagh outlet is the oldest one so thought to give it a shot. As it was a Sunday evening, I was prepared for a bit of waiting but to my surprise I got a table for 10 immediately on arriving. We ordered Manchow, Sweet Corn and Tomato soups. All were good. Then we ordered 2 quantity of tandoori vegetable platter, the quantity was so much that 2 platters were more than enough for 10 members. There was something for everyone. We started to feel full after soups and starters. In the main course, Dal Makhni was the best I have tasted, paneer lababdar was too flavourful. Breads were soft and properly cooked. Noodles and biryani were also good. The service was a bit slow and we had to call the staff multiple times for a single request. Also they goofed up on our breads order, we ordered laccha pratha which they forgot to mention in their kitchen and luckily we checked the breads when they came and we found no laccha pratha in our order. We told the server about the same and then he checked again.

Staff members like Mr. Rawat and Mr. Lucky have always honored this commitment, exemplifying the establishment’s dedication to customer satisfaction. However, recent interactions with Mr. Pradeep and Mr. Suri have been profoundly disappointing. Their refusal to uphold the agreed-upon discount, coupled with their argumentative demeanor, not only breaches the trust I’ve placed in PIKWIK but also tarnishes its reputation for customer service.

This inconsistency in honoring commitments is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management’s oversight. It’s disheartening to witness such a decline in the standards that once set PIKWIK apart. I urge potential patrons to exercise caution, as this establishment now appears willing to compromise its integrity for marginal financial gain. Such practices are not just a matter of monetary discrepancy but a blatant disregard for customer loyalty and trust.
