I am writing to bring to your notice an incident that happened with me today while watching a movie at your cinema.

I had booked 2 tickets for “The Conjuring” – 7:40 PM show. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to the following reasons: When we entered the auditorium, there was no staff present to assist or guide us. A group of 7–8 people sitting behind us were creating a lot of disturbance. They were shouting, using abusive language, and one of them even made a video call, showing us to the person on the call without our consent. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. Even after the movie started, they continued shouting, laughing, and making noise. Mr. Nitish Jha and 2–4 associates were seen joking and talking near the food area. Despite the auditorium having very few customers, none of the staff thought of checking or patrolling inside the auditorium even once.

When I approached Mr. Nitish regarding a refund, his response was “Refund yahan nahi hota.” This is highly unprofessional. If customers are not given a safe and respectful environment, then why is the cinema being operated at all?

Additionally, there is no luggage facility in your cinema. We were forced to keep our belongings at a mall shop by paying ₹100, just so that we could watch the movie only to end up facing this disrespectful experience.

I need you to kindly process a refund of ₹420 at the earliest. Please note, I will not remain silent about this matter, as such unprofessional behavior and negligence should not be tolerated in any cinema hall.
