Quick Eat in Okhla is one of those local food joints that seems to attract a loyal crowd, especially in the evenings. I decided to give it a try after hearing a lot about their rolls, but honestly, the experience was quite average.

First things first – be prepared to wait. There was a massive queue when I arrived, and it took over 25 minutes just to get my order. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed trying to manage the rush, and there’s not much of a waiting area either, so the whole process feels a bit chaotic. If you’re in a hurry or already hungry, the long wait can be frustrating.

As for the food itself, I tried their chicken roll and egg roll. They were okay – not bad, but nothing that stood out. The chicken was a bit dry, and the sauces lacked the punch I was expecting. To be honest, I personally prefer the rolls from Karol Bagh, especially from Art of Spices – they’re more flavourful and have better consistency.

Best chicken roll I've ever eaten in my life! My friend, who always loves to explore new hidden gems for food, recommended this place. We randomly planned to visit, and he told me to set my expectations as high as possible. At first, I was confused, but when we arrived and saw the crowd, I understood why he said that. We waited for about 30 to 45 minutes, and at first, I was getting frustrated because of how crowded it was. But the moment I grabbed my roll and took a big bite of that juicy chicken, packed with so much sauce, all the frustration vanished. If anyone have tried good rolls this is not the place for you. Of course you can get rolls at a good price but that will impact the quality of food. The owner cracked the code, what he do is just put so much water like sauce in the rolls which creates an image that he is putting so much into it. This should not be the case. People just get lost in that moment when he sprinkle so much sauce and it is absolutely pathetic.
