Rocking Woods — Restaurant in Delhi

We are going in rocking wood restaurant for lunch this is my 3rd visit to there but everytime they doing same mistake....And after that no action will take there....When we order soup it will take 30 to 35 min to make because they said that they make fresh(seriously) after long waiting we get over soup on table and we found HAIR in our soup immediately we call Waiter and tell him to that in soup is hair... Please take it back we don't want..After 5min waiter will come with soup and said that no hair in soup can u saw me again how disgusting word he said to any guest....Again we search and got hair....1 of Waiter(Bharat) told us that we cancel your order we said okk.....Then we order food when we done our food we ask for bill 1of Waiter get bill what we found that they add soup price on bill({1of Waiter HARRY they don't know anything)} it's seriously shame full for us... Nobody know what happen in restaurant...As per government rule without guest permission u can't take service charge but they will....And When we ask for management numbers everyone said they don't have number.....And when we search online that number is wrong number the number is written on bill that was also wrong . Everyone argument with us.....End of end we pay bill but no one told us that don't pay soup bill.....I never recommend to...

Just a Scam they are having there on the restaurant. They have their mode of payment on Apps like Eazydiner. If you make the payment through that, they tell you that they have not received the payment, then they will pressurise you to make the payment through different mode again, and ask you to inquire to Eazydiner Customer services,and also tell you that it is not their headache. My question is that, “ if they do not accept payment through Eazydiner, then why they are accepting guests from that app booking” . This is because it enhances their business. The restaurant is listed there on Eazydiner. I paid twice the amount of Rs 1860 in the evening of 25/08/2025. They embarrass guests therein. The payment they face issue, throws on you to sort it out and pay them again. I felt cheated there literally. I am never going to visit there again and recommend all of you to avoid it for the...

My recent dining experience at Rocking Woods Kitchen n Bar was nothing short of disastrous. Right from the start, things went downhill.

As I sat down, I was greeted by the unwelcome sight of a cockroach scuttling across the table. This immediately set the tone for a night of unpleasant surprises.

The service was equally appalling. The waiter seemed completely unfamiliar with the menu, unable to answer basic questions about dishes or ingredients. He was also incapable of handling a simple situation with a discount coupon, claiming it was invalid despite it being clearly within the terms and conditions.

The food, when it eventually arrived, was unremarkable at best. The dishes lacked any discernible flavour or presentation, reflecting a general lack of care and attention.

The entire experience was a recipe for disappointment, leaving me with a sense of frustration...
