Wah Ji Wah — Restaurant in Delhi

A whole new renovated ambience looks preety good than before, BUT food quality which was the USP for this outlet is not bad.. It become worse. We were a regular customers of them, we used to celebrate all our birthdays and anniversaries there but now it is a NAMASTE to them. They must have changed their chef team or else but the food is not the same. DONT GO THERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED.

Vinegar onion - vinegar is missing Chutney - water is mixed in it Paneer labbabdar - it seems to be cooked with raw vegetables only Daal tadka - too spicy to be eaten and a bitter taste GARLIC NAAN - no garlic at all in it Butter naan - burnt, a bitter taste was there

After that we havnt ordered sweet dish. We tried to give our feedback to the manager and he took it seriously and took us to chef but the chef is no CHEF. As he was not taking review he was taking our cooking class. Not everyone can eat spicy food. If there is less salt or chilli one can add. But if it is already there how can it be modified.

So bad WAH JI WAH team. We are never coming...

I recently take away at this restaurant and had a pleasant experience. The food quality was good, and the internal ambiance was excellent, making it a great spot for dinner. This place is well known for their Thali & Afghani Chaap. Trust me, whenever it comes to ordering from there, my order is always consistent. I either go for their Veg Maharaja Thali or Afghani Chaap in snacks. Their Thali constitutes of one Paneer Subzi, one Dal makhani & masala Chaap Subzi along with Jeera Pulao & Roti. Also, it comes with dessert to satisfy you to the core. I got Gulab Jamun in dessert. They were quite yum & soft. Overall loved the Thali. Coming on their Afghani Chaap, it was quite good. Though, it could've been more creamier and Smoky. But it turned out ok. I also ordered their Paneer Tikka recently and they were ok in taste. Paneer were soft but very least spiced.
