Roms Pizza — Restaurant in Delhi

Very Cheap........ type of Pizza , not value for money even buy 1 get 1 free ( Friday offer), they are reheating Cancelled & Cooled Pizza, Reheated Black burnt Pizza corners attached (forgot to take snap of original pizza because review was not planned or was not expecting the 2nd pizza just like 1st pizza even after complaining in 1st pizza) But could, not wanting to full waste my hard earned money, anyhow hardly finished it. Almost zero topping of paneer even in medium size pizza ( Just giving open Bread with few vegetables on it), avg. 40-45 minute long waiting time, Worst experience ,i could not refused due to advanced payment, but felt looted after eating their pizza.

Requested to replace the 1st Burnt Pizza from staff but they replied we replace untouched Pizza Only but we were very hungry & mistakenly eaten 2 bites. after requesting/waiting for 1 hour & 8 minutes (they delivered many dine in & online orders in between & ignoring my replacement of order ) at last staff agreed to replace my medium pizza with Small size only ( because our returned 1st Pizza was not fully untouched).

because I was with family so just told members to go home & i will get the replaced pizza at home only but due to staff complete ignorance for 1 hour+ 8 minutes ( time counted from the payment done sms in Roms Pizza) i was feeling like to leave or threw the pizza on them only who spoiled my Friday.
