Sethi's the Cake Shop — Restaurant in Delhi

I visited sethi bakers today (18th March, 2025) around 1 pm .The new manager is Lil annoying. He is disloyal and discriminate towards customers, he was offering 'special' discount to a so called "relative", in front of me and when I asked are they providing extra discount they said she is their relative that's the reason why they are offering her that almost 50% discount to her. But even though, I purchased 3 times the value she purchased, I had to pay in full. It is very unfair to people who have purchased goods from them from the very first day of opening the shop. I have been purchasing food and other bakery items from them from the start but now they are being unfair and biased towards the customers. But rather people who are their 'so called' "relatives" gets extra discount that too of 50% she said look at my face and the manager knows her and she easily got a discount of 50%.(Although I know where that lady lives and who is she I'm not afraid of that). I am not afraid to tell the truth. Biasness at peak by the Manager the staff is good though but the manager is annoying. I had no issues in paying that amount but atleast the matter should be addressed to the respective owner/s who put their trust in managers to run their branch/outlets. The owners should look into the matter / give a suprise visit how the managers exploit the owners...

Yesterday i visited sethi's baker with full of joy after shopping i decided to have pasty, actually i am handicaped girl who is unable to hold a plate of pastry, my husband hold it and put it on a counter for payment for all things because he had polythene in another hand, at the same time cashier behaved very bad and asked my husband to took that pastry plate in his hand, my husband requested him very politely that after payment i will be keep it in my hand but that cashier disrespect him, it was very hurtful for me that cashier ignored me and my husband situation. He was totally money minded person he had no concern with our problem, support krne ki bjaaye he behaved like shameless person,i decided to inform to my all knowns or relatives that not to go to there. I did not expected that kind of experience in sethi's cake shop. I hope my review will be seen by sethi's honor and he should get some changes,i visited bhai parmanand colony shop no. 211...

I reside at bhai parmanand colony. I visited Sethi bakery branch on 21/04/24 at 10:15PM approx.at that time their were already 13-14 cakes available and the staff offered us the cake at 10% discount and even said us if their cakes won’t be sold by tonight then they will sell them on another day. The staff’s behaviour was very rude.
