One of my friends informed me that there is a 25% discount on Bengali Sweets after 8.00 pm to 10.00 pm at SINGLA SWEETS. The SINGLA SWEETS has total FOUR OUTLETS which are at MADHU VIHAR, TILAK NAGAR, INDRA PURAM AND DWARKA- DELHI. I am a Senior Citizen, age 68 years. I visited the shop M/s SINGLA SWEETS, MADHU VIHAR DELHI-92 on 29 th February, 2024 at about 9.45 pm and requested for purchase of 4(four) Bengali Rasgulla. I paid a note of Rs100/- and MR ROHIT issue me the invoice for Rs 60/- showing the price of Rs 15/-per Rasgulla. A notice board was put up at the Counter mentioned as Discount @ 25% on Bengali Sweets after 8.00 pm to 10.00 pm. I asked him for the discount of 25% as mentioned on the notice board. Mr ROHIT became angry and said, HUM KOI DISCOUNT NAHI DETE,YEH NOTICE BOARD TO HAMNE CUSTOMER KO ATTRACT KARNA KE LIYE LAGA RAKHA HAI. I informed Rohit that the MALLIK of this shop MR BABU RAM SINGLA AND MR DEEPAK SINGLA who Contested the VIDHAN SABHA ELECTION FROM VISHWAS NAGAR DELHI FROM AAM AADAMI PARTY are very well known to me, you can talk to them for discount. Mr Rohit became angry and told YAHAN SIT PER MAI BATHA HUN, MAI HE MALLIK HUN. AAP BABU RAM SINGLA , DEEPAK SINGLA KO JANTE JO TO DISCOUNT UNSE LE LO. MERE SE DISCOUNT KE KAYON BAT KAR RAHE HO. I asked him if a discount was not available then cancelled this invoice and issued an invoice for two Rasgulla without discount. Mr ROHIT became angry and told that INVOICE TO CANCELLED NAHI HOGE, AAPKO YEHI FOUR RASGULLA LENA PADEGA,YA ETNA AMOUNT KI KOI OR SAMAN LE LO. Hot talk started and I refused to take other items then another cashier sitting nearby told him to returned the amount of Rs 100/- .Mr Rohit returned me the amount of Rs 100/- .I asked him to give only two Rasgulla but he refused and told HUME TUMAHARA JASE CUSTOMER KI JARURAT NAHI HAI. I asked his name then he informed his name as ROHIT and clicked his photo , photo of the notice board meant for a discount on Bengali Sweets and outside of the shop. I informed him that I will give a Complaint on Social media, then he told JO KARNA HO KAR LENA. After some time at the demand of our kids for Rasgulla I again visited at SINGLA SWEETS, MADHU VIHAR, DELHI ON 25 th March 2024 at about 9.30 pm.Mr ROHIT was at the cash Counter and I asked him to issue the invoice for FOUR RASGULLA. Read moreI recently purchased sweets worth ₹680, but they were incorrectly packed, containing smaller quantities than ordered. Upon realizing this, I returned to Singla Sweets to address the issue, but both the staff and the manager were uncooperative and unresponsive to my concerns. They outright refused to provide a refund or rectify the order, demonstrating an unprofessional and indifferent attitude towards customer service. The service I received was truly disappointing and frustrating, especially as a paying customer who expected basic courtesy and assistance.
During my visit to Singla Sweets, I encountered extremely disappointing service. The manager and staff exhibited rude behavior, showing no willingness to address my concerns. Rajeev Bajaj, in particular, was uncooperative and dismissive, even telling me to “do whatever you want” instead of offering any solution. The experience was disheartening, as I had hoped for a resolution but was instead met with outright disrespect. Singla Sweets, unfortunately, proved to be a classic case of “all show, no substance”—a flashy exterior with poor...
