It is basically a footpath dhaba, with seating for 4-5 persons in a room about 8'x8'. Mostly geared for takeaway. Their working space, apart from the open air Dosa griddle, is inside a narrow 6' side lane, where they have paste making machine. Non existent hygiene; but to be fair, south indian food are usually hot, instantly off the griddle, or steamed. Of course, I have come across stale iddli and more importantly, potato masala which has gone off especially on hot summer days. Food is so so, basically bastardized south indian, to suit north indian tastes. The sambhar is too sour, too spicy. Hugely popular though, with the local clientele. In fact, the cook is so hassled that half the time, he overfries the dosa, cooking at maximum high flame for fast processing.
