Super Snacks — Restaurant in Delhi

Very bad experience.. We have placed an order of momos on 25th januray. First is 1 plate full veg steamed momos 8 pieces ( serves 2 person) and the second one is Tanduri malai momos half plate which is 5 piece of momos. . But what we get is the half quantity. We tried to call the restaurant but they didn't pickup the calls. Then I had a conversation with swiggy help desk.. They ask me to send the photo, and i did that .. But then I got the msg that your query has been routed to specialist queue and one of our experts will get back to you on your registered email within 6 - 8 working hours. and till now I did not get any response. This is a vegetarian restaurant. We had ordered chowmien only as take away so will review based on that only. This place offers North Indian, South Indian and Chinese snacks like chole bhature, dosa, uttpam, chowmien,etc. Delivery of chowmien room a lot of time and when asked multiple times hotel staff didn't really bother to respond. When I said that return my money then only they respond that you will get your order soon. Overall it took more than 30 mins to get my chowmien. It is quite in the middle of Lal Quator. Nice place to have quick bites, like bhature chhole, dosa, noodles, and few more items plus beverages. Also price listing is also reasonable, it is not much expensive, infact very consumable price! Can bring kids here, totally okay with that! Staff was communicable. They have few much options for payments, but still prefer cash! Also be prepared of some untidy ness cuz it's not that much developed. It's good but still can be updated!
