I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Belgian Waffle Co.,GK-2,New Delhi. The desserts may have looked appealing, but the service was absolutely appalling. The employees were rude, unfriendly, and seemed completely disinterested in providing decent customer service.
One employee in particular named SHIVA was shockingly unprofessional. He appeared to be under the influence of either alcohol or drugs, as he was slurring his words, stumbling, and seemed completely disconnected from reality. When I asked for a simple modification to my order, he responded with a belligerent attitude, rolling his eyes and muttering under his breath.
Despite my repeated requests, he failed to address my concerns, and his behaviour became increasingly erratic. It was clear that he was not fit to be working, and his behaviour was not only unprofessional but also concerning.
The lack of professionalism and respect shown by the staff completely ruined my experience. I will not be returning to this outlet and would not recommend it to anyone. Until they address their customer service issues and ensure their employees are fit to work, I would suggest taking your business (and your appetite) elsewhere.
As a consumer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity. Unfortunately, The Belgian Waffle Co.,GK-2,New Delhi failed to meet these basic expectations. I hope they take my feedback seriously and take immediate action to address these issues. If not, I will be forced to share my experience with friends, family, and social media platforms, which could potentially harm their reputation and deter future customers.
The power of consumer feedback should not be underestimated. I hope The Belgian Waffle Co.,GK-2,New Delhi values their customers and takes steps to prevent similar incidents in the future.

They thought why give them 2 large sundae let's just give them a small one and wait wait wait why even that properly, let's just sprinkle 2 spoons of waffle with half a small scoop of ice cream in one and one scoop of ice cream with 3 spoons of crushed (literally sand like crushed). It was a berry red velvet sundae so well they gave me red velvet sprinkled on vanilla ice cream sundae. Why give her a BERRY red velvet sundae? Where was the berry? If you didn't wanna serve don't take orders, I can't force anyone to serve anyways right? Why waste my money, time and my mood? Read moreI had one of the worst customer service experiences at this place. The staff, especially the guy at the counter, was incredibly rude and lacked basic courtesy. He didn’t even bother to respond properly to customers.
After reading several other reviews, it’s clear that this is not a one-time issue—many people have complained about the same behavior, yet no action has been taken. If management truly cares about their customers, they need to address this immediately.
