The Cakewell Bakery — Restaurant in Delhi

Horrible customer service! I’ve ordered a couple of times and they tend to send the wrong order. The more unethical bit is that if they are out of a particular item like a cake, they substitute it with another cake without informing the customer. I mean what’s the point of selecting something for home delivery. And when you reach out to them they come up with weird excuses which reflects badly on the management. One can understand how they are lying on your face rather than apologizing and mending their ways. Also the owner refused to call the delivery service and said that the delivery boy has left and he can’t do anything. He then had the audacity to suggest me to call the delivery boy myself! Which I did as the cakes ordered were for my dad. However, I was extremely disappointed and irrated by the attitude and arrogance of the management.
