Was looking for fine and new place to dine out with friend over the weekend and got to know about this cafe and thought of giving it a try. So went to this place and the experience was fantastic. Complete food experience as follows:-

LONG ISLAND ICE TEA: LIT Prepared by mixing five spirits along with lemon juice, sugar syrup and topped with cola. This drink is there to definitely give you a kick your taste buds as it hits hard and feels amazing after having it.
OREO SHAKE: My favourite shake ,Oreo shake doesn't need any introduction and is every ones favourite, it was a thick in consistency and the taste was just perfect and it was too heavy and would easily fill your stomach. Again thumbs up from my side.

BASIL PANEER TIKKA: It was amazing. The paneer was very soft and flavored well and turned out to be too really good, Must have dish in salt café.
KASTOORI MURGH TIKKA: Again another satisfying dish, very soft tikka with an ideal flavour that we expect and we loved it.
ARAIBIATTA PASTA: Who can say no to Pasta, pasta is a dish i would order any time any place and this time arrabiatta pasta from the salt cafe perfectly tossed in spicy tomato sauce , topped with cheese. You can eat and say wah all the time.
MEXICAN NANZA: Pizza Or Naan who cares, Nanza new dish in town. Pizza On a Naan base, perfectly cooked, taste is awesome, if you looking for something new to try so this is the right dish you can have.
SPICY CHICKEN DUMPLINGS:They tasted how a street side momos wala would make them! But they were More hygienic & more delicious! I actually ate all of them in one go, they were beyond amazing!
MUSTARD GRILLED CHICKEN: Smoked Chicken breast perfectly cooked in mustard and served with some veggies & mashed potatoes. Had mustard based chicken for the first time and loved it thoroughly.

LAHORI PANEER: One of the best veg dish in salt café and one of the best we have had in long time, the gravy was so perfectly cooked & flavourful and paneer was very soft and melted in mouth, must have dish for all northindian food lover.
DAL MAKHANI: Makhani Dal is a mandatory dish on table and everyone loves Dal Makhani, Dal Makhani is every North Indians delight, and Salt café passed our Dal Makhani test easily. It has the perfect thickness, texture and colour.
MUTTON ROGAN JOSH:Spicy, Tangy, flavourful & a must have for nonveg lovers. Definitely worth relishing!
MURGH TAWA: Loved the very first look of the dish as it was served. The tawa murgh had a velvety thick gravy & soft pieces of chicken. Every bite was yummy & texture of the gravy was smoothn and simply melted in the mouth. The quantity is sufficient for 2 people.
Their breads were soft, fluffy & served hot. Lachha parantha & keema Naan my all time favorite was also wonderful. Loved my experience here.

PHIRNI - The portion was good for a single person. The phirni was nice & flavourful. It might not be the best but I liked their attempt.

They serve North Indian, Chinese, Continental & Fast Food. This place is near gopala, preet vihar, 19-20, A Block, LSC Market, Preet Vihar, New Delhi.
Dragon in bowl in starters: Chef special dragon rolls served with spaghetti. They were so crispy and lip-smacking. They served spaghetti and dragon rolls in bowl. Amazing thing was that You can also eat the bowl bcoz Bowl was made with maida. And dragon rolls filled with noodles and vegetables served with chilli chutney. This was something unique and different. Just loved the presentation. Highly recommended. Taste: 5/5
Salt special sunehri dal with Missi roti and butter naan served with onion and chutney: Black lentils simmered overnight on live charcoal, finished with cream and butter & it had gold glacing on the top. It was so lip-smacking. Best dal Makhani I ever had, and I loved the way they presented it. Flame was light up below the dal. Must try. You will definitely love it. Highly recommended. Taste: 5/5
Colonial hangover, Peach surprise and black current in mocktails: Mocktails were amazing, They were so colorful and loved the glass they served in it and also loved the presentation. Taste was also amazing. Taste: 5/5
About the ambience: Ambience was so beautiful. They have 2 sittings, one in second floor and another one in rooftop.The interior was totally awesome. You can also enjoy live music on rooftop. Ambience: 5/5
