Anand Ji Malai Chaap Wale,Patel Nagar — Restaurant in Delhi

Extremely disappointing experience.

We reached the outlet expecting the usual Veer Ji taste and service, but what we got was pure ignorance and terrible hospitality. No one had the basic courtesy to even acknowledge our presence or offer a menu. We tried calling them from the car just to ask for the menu not even to place an order and after a while, the turbaned man managing the outlet finally responded just to say “we don’t serve in the car.” I already knew that I was simply asking for the menu. The way he completely ignored us until then was enough to turn off the entire family.

After somehow getting the menu ourselves, we walked into the sitting area hoping things would get better but sadly, they didn’t. There was just one waiter who kept cleaning a table endlessly while we waited 15–20 minutes just to place an order. I even requested him to take the order first and then continue cleaning, but he didn’t listen or care.

And then came the final blow the chaap. I’ve eaten at many Veer Ji outlets, and this was by far the worst tasting chaap I’ve ever had. Completely bland, poorly cooked, and just not up to the mark. Honestly, it felt like a complete waste of time and money.

By 11 PM, my mood was completely ruined. What should’ve been a simple, relaxing outing turned into pure frustration. I would never recommend this outlet to anyone, especially when there are much better and more welcoming Veer Ji...

I was there one of very old customer I known there place since they have different owner in past it was best place to eat chaap no one can served like them ,but now this place is runs by diff owner day by day this place becoming worse ,i tried many times after that I m writing a review, the quality of food is too bad know they serve you uncooked item ,not proper quantity in place of chaap they add lots of onion etc and véry few peice of chaap I m talking about full plate where they serve only vegies not chaap comeon dude I m paying for chaap not for onion ...now these onwer are only money minded they don't care about quantity quality....they should work on these,and I know this post doesn't affect there owner but still hope for good ,it was my fav place please don't...

I recently visited this particular outlet in West Patel Nagar market. I went there because on google I read positive reviews about the restaurant. I ordered Veg Kadhai Chaap Gravy and butter naan. The food was adulterated. I don’t know what they had mixed in the food because after I reached Home I suffered from severe vomiting. The whole food came out pf my body through vomiting. This is very wrong, they people are spoiling our health. When I ate the food it tasted good, but unfortunately I threw up the whole food one hour later. This thing happened with me for the very first time, which means the restaurant is doing something very wrong. Please I request you all to don’t eat from West Patel Nagar veer ji malai chaap.
