I would like to bring to your kind notice a very serious matter regarding a food outlet named “Veer Malai Chaap Restaurant”. The said restaurant has listed/served a dish in the name of “Ram”, which is deeply objectionable and hurts the religious sentiments of millions of Hindus across the country.

Lord Shri Ram is worshipped as Maryada Purushottam and holds the highest place of reverence in Hindu faith. Using His sacred name to promote or brand a non-vegetarian/restaurant dish is an act of sheer insensitivity, hurting sentiments and violating religious respect.

Such practices can create social disharmony and amount to an offence under Section 295A of IPC (deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings).

This place is near Durgapuri chowk in Shahdara. This place serves mainly tandoori items like all types of chaaps, chaap rools, paneer tikkas, tandoori roti, rumali rotis and all.

As per taste and quantity this is a good option. But hygiene parameters are not up to the mark. They should keep a check on hygiene while cooking or preparing food.

The food corner is available on swiggy and Zomato both so you can also order from there as well.

The dine in facility is not available here but there are 2-3 round tables outside the food corner for people who wants...
