Wendy's Burgers — Restaurant in Delhi

I'm writing this review just to show real face of the restaurant. They have amazing burgers but they don't have the enough space but that's fine.

I visited V3S store yesterday and incident happened with me, tables were occupied I waited, once the seats were I vacant I moved there but there were around 3 served trays were, ideally they should clean the tables for other customers they didn't. My order was ready and I picked that, I was making some place on the table but ordered "cold drinks" were fall down, Mr Rishabh from the staff came and cleaned the place. I asked for the refill because that was their mistake that table should have been cleaned before another customer settled. Anyways, I was eating burger n stuffs I ordered, suddenly my eyes went to the offer where they are asking for the review and show the screenshot to the staff and they will offer free coke refill, I thought that would be good move I will have my cold drinks too.

I went to the counter and Mr Rishabh denied the refill of cold drinks again because I didn't asked the restaurant before submitting the survey. If I need to reach the restaurant before survey then what's the point of the below advertisement? One they realised that I will be posting it, Mr. Rishabh came and offered the refill. Same person disrespectede twice for the fault happened because of their carelessness, how customer can be disrespected ? Anyways

WENDYS VS ZOMATO OR GOOD VS EVIL

Hii..i ordered 2 nachos burger combo from wendys on 2nd Oct 2025 night via zomato but the drinks are missing so I mailed zomato but as its pathetic service they close complaint without providing relief even after sharing pics...so I decided to reach wendys laxmi nagar as it was almost a half km far from my home...as it was my hard earned money nots #zomato ( bloody thiefs) Their the store manager mr. Chandrapraksh really listen to my concern and was very much worried for the wendys brand value and customer satisfaction so he provided me with complementary drinks nd ice cream by aman from the staff.

So it was a overwhelming experience by brand but due to platforms like zomatos , their gud image affects many times. Bcoz they are more self centric Thnx.
