Worst Experience Ever !! We ordered Italian Pizza 6 inches, as we already had some food, looking for something to munch. 6 inches were not available, we agreed for 8 inches. To our shock, they have two varieties for Pizza, One Baked and another one, Non- Baked. Guess what !!! The pizza was not Baked. When we asked for the baked pizza, they said you have ordered Pizza Only, for Baked Pizza, we have a separate menu on the next page !!! This is ridiculous. When we asked to bake the same pizza, their stupid staff said you will have to pay for two pizzas even though he was going to bake the same pizza only. The Guy Sitting on the cash counter was as dumb as his staff. In the end, we were helpless, and took whatever they gave. Thank you shivas for this bad experience. Besides this, their cappuccino is complete disaster, please try at your own risk. They told me a minimum of 55 minutes, but I insisted that I am in a hurry. Please give it to me quickly, so they delivered it to me within 20 minutes, which I liked very much. 🔸Along with this, the taste of the food was also very good. 🔸The juice was also very fresh. Pretty disappointed, ordered Kaju Anjir Thick Shake for Rs 210 , thought we would be getting a high quality shake as we are paying pretty high for a shake when compared to other vendors out here....we got served with a shake thats having cheap vanilla flavor and some cashews mixed....I found no trace of Figs in the shake...reported it to the staff and his reaction was like he expected it....don't fool customers if you are not having any supplies for a particular product listed in the menu don't serve....pretty disappointed...won't be recomending to anyone....go for any other...
