Worst experience i have had in my life… To the owners and management, i entered the store and first of allat about 9:35pm-9:45pm the guy who was serving me asked me what i want and asked me which bread i want… i told him parmesan oregano he opened the door of the oven tried to take out the bread but it was sticking with the baking paper because it was uncooked (a few years ago.. i worked as a shift runner in subway(parramatta store) in sydney, Australia) i know the fact that if the bread is sticking to the backing paper it is uncooked… i told the exact same thing to the person who was serving me… out of nowhere his attitude changed and he started talking to me in a very strange tone and said “ye to aisa hi hota hai” i told him to change the bread and then comes Mr. Sandeep check the cameras he came to me and started talking in a very rude manner he didnt tried to understand what i was saying. Talking to a customer with anger and initiating verbal argument thats the last thing i expected… please check the cameras…
I also know how to treat people who behave to me in a arrogant manner but i understand that work sometimes can be tough but it doesn’t mean that you treat your customers like that…
I have studied from Infocity Junior Science College in 2017… which is right upstairs i have been a customer from a very long time… but after this i wont be coming back and trust me i know many people who visit there regularly… guess what… they wont be coming anymore…. Its not the matter of 200-300 rupees… Conclusion: the bread was...

Read moreI am a sub aficionado, and I visit the place wherever and whenever possible, I had been visiting this particular outlet for around 3 years, but after the last overhaul in management it has completely lost its charm. I'd go as far to say that this place offers the worst customer service you could think of. I am saying this after multiple horrible experiences and cutting them enough slack each time. Despite living nearer to this place, I have stopped going to this outlet and have opted for another one in the same city.
I am sure I am not the only one who has had such experience, Infocity subway has started losing some among its most loyal customers, and if such egregious attitude persists I am confident that it will keep losing them at a steady pace.
To all those who are living in Gandhinagar, I guess you all know there's another Subway in sector 11, that happens to be miles ahead of this one in terms of customer service, co-operation and satisfaction.
The key aspect of running any business is the quality of service you provide to your customer and Infocity Subway, apparently has failed miserably at it.
I'd settle for 1 star, because unfortunately the option to rate it zero isn't available...
