AVOID IT. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

I would have given a negative star of there was an option to do so. We went for purchasing a cake🎂 for birthday occasion on 4th May (2245 hrs). The staff told that go for white forest cake and we assumed it to be fresh among the lot as there were other many chocolate cakes on display as well. Now I don't know if I committed a blunder by taking the advice of the staff on the basis on pure trust and goodwill I lay on the brand. The cake turned out to be the worst cake I and anyone else in the room have ever tasted. It was stale and stinky and it made sure that we were completely embarassed in front of our friends and family at 1200 hrs.

Merely an hour passed from purchase of cake 🎂 to the cutting of the same and we did keep the cake in refrigeration for rest of the time till it was cut.

(Of course they asked whether carry bag is required and did charge extra for the carry bag as well. The carry bag was as good as it could have been, so one star ⭐ for the carry bag)

I am surely not gonna step inside that store ever again nor I would recommend anyone.

PS: Cake also created bowel issues next day.

Since Choclate Room is know for its quality and maybe that's why we are feeling...

Different varieties are available, including sanitizers as well due to covid-19 pandemic. Place is good. Ambience is good. Interior is amazing!

Sanitization- they take utter care in this matter. Online payment using upi and other intermediate app such as goat, paytm, bhim app or card payments are encouraged and available. Tables and chairs are sanitized right after people leave the place.

What I ordered- I had ordered a nirvana coffee cold with ice cream. It felt like a blend of coffee with dark chocolate and tasted very well. But I would recommend chocolate chip coffe with cream that, according to me, tasted better than...

Rude staff pathetic service overpriced poor food quality.

Detailed experience :

I ordered cheese fondue and Margherita pizza.

It took them about 1 and half hour in total to serve the item with intermediate break of almost half an hour between 2 items served. Never a good experience!!!

Margherita - 0 star... they didn't even added cheese at all and some of the cheese layer was burnt. only about half of pizza portion had the cheese on top of it. (and such pathetic Margherita making they took over 30 mins)

Cheese Fondue - cheese sauce was very thin liquid. not at all what you expect as...

The place is a Good by interior. But I found that there is only one person who is making all the stuff and handle the cash counter and kitchen both. So, there is many waiting period if there are more than two tables reserved at a time. I wait for something 45-50 minute for the Shakes and another half hour for the Sandwiches. I think this is not bearable. The taste was average of Sandwiches. But shakes is truly a "Good Choice". If they manage the staff or add staff than the "TCR - Infocity" will a great choice for people. Here, I'm attaching the Pictures of Shakes.. Hope you like it.. :)

It is my brother's birthday, bought a cake from infocity chocolate room! We asked the guy if the cake is fresh, he said 'saheb khaine to juo'. So we bought it, we obviously didn't taste it because it was a birthday cake. A KitKat cake. We got home, cut the cake and ate it, it was stale, had foul taste. Everyone had a piece, and left it as is after a bite. His birthday is ruined. Very bad experience, would never have happened if we bought it from Dangee dums or TGB.
