If Google ever introduces “negative stars,” this place will be the first to qualify!
So after almost a year, I decided to give Bikanervala (Narayani Foods), 40 Ambedkar Road, Choudhary Morh, Ghaziabad, one last chance — thinking maybe they might have learned from all the complaints floating around. But guess what? I was wrong. Terribly wrong.
This place isn’t just bad — it’s a masterclass in how to destroy a brand name.
Let’s start with hygiene — oh wait, that word doesn’t exist here. Not a single staff member — not the cook, not the server, not even the one pretending to manage things — wore gloves or followed any hygiene standard. One employee was literally eating from a plate and then went straight into the kitchen to handle food with the same hand. So yes, congratulations, your food here comes with a special “jhootha” seasoning!
Next, billing — they’ll happily take your money for items that don’t even exist in their kitchen. And when you realize the item is “not available,” the solution is simple: “No refund, sir, please take something else.” Because apparently, customers exist to adjust, not to be served honestly!
If this is what Bikanervala’s management calls “quality,” then I really want to know what they’d call chaos and carelessness.
I genuinely pray that someone from Bikanervala’s corporate team decides to visit this outlet secretly, like a normal customer — they’ll have the shock of their life seeing how their brand is being dragged through the gutter.
And as for the Food Safety Department — if they ever visit this place honestly (big IF there), I’m sure half the kitchen would need a quarantine seal immediately.
In short — if you ever feel like testing your immune system or want to regret a meal — go ahead, visit this outlet. Otherwise, do yourself a favor — go anywhere else....

Today I went to Bikanerwala and ordered Chole Bhature and after eating for a while I found a small worm in it which looks like rice which is called Maggots. When I complained about this to the staff there, they apologized later but before that they said what will you take in its place. My mistake was that I did not take a photo of the worm and when I asked the staff to bring the plate, they washed the plate, otherwise I would have filed a case in the consumer court and the staff there was not supportive at all. Apart from this, I will just say that if you go with your family or with your friends, then you must check once...
Read moreVisited the Bikanervala outlet recently and had one of the worst experiences ever. The staff messed up our order not once, but twice, causing unnecessary delays and confusion. When the food finally arrived, it was barely average – definitely not worth the wait or the price. What made the experience even more frustrating was the behavior of the the lady taking the order. Instead of offering any help or apology, she was shockingly rude and dismissive, showing no regard for customer service.
This has to be the worst Bikanervala outlet I’ve been to – unprofessional service, average food, and a complete lack of hospitality. Definitely not going back and wouldn't recommend...
