Bikanervala | The Opulent Mall Ghaziabad — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

Dear Bikanerwala Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the food and sweets I recently purchased from your location near Opulent Mall. This is the second time I have had a negative experience with your Gulab Jamun.

About 15 days ago, I visited the same restaurant and found the Gulab Jamun to be of poor quality, with an off taste that resembled expired sweets. At that time, I informed the staff about the issue, and they assured me that it would not happen again. However, when I visited today and tried the Gulab Jamun again, the taste was even worse. It was sour and unpleasant, and my children even had an adverse reaction after consuming it.

When I informed the manager, he tasted the sweets and confirmed that they were indeed expired. I am appalled that such substandard food is being served at a reputed brand like Bikanerwala. It raises serious concerns about the quality control and responsibility at this outlet.

I am highly disappointed with the services at this location. It's unacceptable that a well-known brand would allow such negligence. I would advise others to reconsider visiting this restaurant until quality standards...

The food is absoultely pathetic specifically talking about oplulent mall branch, i dont think this outlet is run as per Bikanerwala standard and policies, who serves parathas with sweet dahi, that too normal alloo or paneer paratha made out of maida mixed with a little bit of wheat flour, if this is so, then it should be uniform in other branches as well like ambedkar road or raj nagar etc but this situation is not the same in other ones, despite telling them politely there is no change, noodles in this one is absoulte rubbish, coffee is like meethi thick ice cream with a little...

Firstly, staff is not professional and not responsive. They denied to give vinegar, sauce and pickle.. I ordered noodles and aaloo paratha, noodles was completely tasteless then I had to put extra vinegar, chilly sauce to make it eatable. In aloo paratha the aloo stuffing was tasteless, saltless and I had to eat it with masala chilly only. They don’t give tissue papers, pickles with the dish and even upon requesting they are not in a mood to give that to you. Worst...
