Ordered food on 31 Dec well in advance around 0830 but they didn’t delivered. Kept on telling 20 minutes and then their numbers weee switched off. Completely Rude and unprofessional , probably successful has gotten into t ha either head . Don’t ever order directly to them , they are unreliable. Use apps rather than ordering directly. ….Further update, after seeing the review some one makes a call that he has come to deliver the order ( after two hours of order time). I had a very disappointing experience. Before ordering 4 amritsari Kulcha, I called Chawla Veg Kitchen and confirmed that chole comes with Amritsari Kulcha. But after receiving the order, there was no chole. When I called again, they said the person on the call was new and gave wrong information. On top of that, what they sent was not even Amritsari Kulcha — it was just simple aloo naan being sold under the name of Kulcha. Very misleading and unprofessional. When you first opened, the staff was polite and attentive, making it a favourite for my family.
