Chawla's Cake Town — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

They don't treat their customers nicely, Today's incident, I went there to collect a cake for which i needed to pay 250 more and i made an advance payment of 500, i told the receptionist that i forgot the slip she told me yes you can collect and told someone to bring the cake, and confirmed me with the details. The person at the cake counter handed me the cake and they asked for the receipt i told him i already talked to the person at reception communicate with them, and after their miscommunication they started behaving with me like i was running with the cake without payment while they failed at communication and nobody ever asked me for the payment nor told me at where i have to pay. For the payment which i was obviously gonna pay i was just going to the counter for the same.

It was a pathetic experience. The kind of experience after which i dont plan to visit that place anymore.

My experience is that they dont care about customers just cause they have...

The cake is very beautifully decorated and all my family members likes the cake. This bakery is my favourite bakery from my childhood. They have a great variety in their menus from Cakes to fast food items. This is my favourite bakery in ghaziabad because they serve everything fresh and of good quality. Their rates are soo reasonable that anybody can afford it. They provide customize cakes also. They have a variety of cake flavours like Pineapple delight, Butterscotch, Mix fruit fantasy, Honey Almond, Jelly Fruit mix, Cheese Cake, Red Velvet, Choco Vanila, Chocolate truffle, Coffee Mocha and many more. They also sell itmes like Dhokla, Khandvi, sweets, fafda, fried idllis and varieties of pizzas. They also sell freshly baked Biscuits and rusks. They are also maintained proper hygine during Covid time. Their staff is also cooperative....

Shop is okay . But due to good sales which they are getting , they have stopped caring about quality and about people. Purchased fried Idlis from them which when checked at home were sour and rotten and family members threw those away. When later on I came to shop and complained they asked for those idlis to accept that their quality was bad . The cost was 120 Rs and I was not looking for any refund. Decency would have been if they had given me fresh quantity of same again. However their arrogance and non caring attitude proved that customers doesn’t matter for them now as they have scaled and opened three four shops. These poor ethics shows that they are not able to handle the success. So don’t go by old reputation about them, be sure to taste and check before you get...
