Dode's Cafe — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

I wish i can rate below 1 star. We recently had an event scheduled in Dode's Cafe, Indirapuram. To our utter disappointment we were provided with worst experience and we were left embarresed after getting feedback from guests. The following are the issues we faced and would like to report:

The buffet snacks was served late (around 40 minutes after arrival of guests).

The food (snacks) served was cold in winter season which didn't go well with the guests. Also the food (snacks) was not fresh and almost all the guests complained of the same.

The washroom was not clean despite our multiple reminders before the event.

The staff behaviour was very rude, they were resistant, arguing and non cooperative at every where.

In the end, i just need to inform that we don't like posting such negetive reviews but we are very dissatisfied with the cafe service even after paying all the required charges. The guests who trusted us and came to cafe were not satisfied with the cafe on above points and in the end we are facing all the embarrasment and critism.

I just wanted to extend my deepest thanks for hosting such a fantastic birthday party for my daughter! The entire experience was beyond our expectations, and we are truly grateful for all the care and attention to detail that went into making her day so special.

The venue was beautifully arranged, and the food was exceptional—our guests were raving about it! But what truly stood out was the warmth and hospitality of your staff, which made everyone feel welcome and comfortable.

A special thank you to Owner for personally ensuring everything was perfect. Your dedication and passion are evident in every aspect of the café, and it made the celebration even more meaningful for us.

We are so happy we chose Dedo's Cafe for this important day and will certainly be returning in the future!

The cold coffee that I had a very mild flavour of coffee. I also purchased NaturUp natural ice cream in 2 flavours, blueberry and anjeer. I am highly satisfied with the taste.

The owner was quite good natured and helped me select from the various flavours available with them. Yes I did get to taste all of them before deciding.

The joint was clean and quite airy, they also had high chairs to sit on. Apart from this, the menu is also quite diverse. One thing I personally experienced was that, delivery of services was slower than expected. (Maybe I went during off hours)

I did not order any food, but I look forward to ordering it the next time I'm there.

They also have the option of providing space for birthday parties, kitty parties and other related services.
