I recently visited Golden Paprika in Indirapuram, and my experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I stepped in, the warm and inviting ambience immediately set the mood for a great dining experience. The décor is elegant yet cozy, with a perfect blend of modern and classic elements. Right at the entrance, there’s a beautifully designed photography spot that’s perfect for capturing memories with friends and family.

For starters, I ordered Chilly Potato, Manchurian, Mushroom, and Spring Rolls. All of them were served fresh and hot, with great attention to presentation. The Chilly Potato was crispy on the outside and flavorful inside, perfectly coated with tangy and spicy sauce. The Manchurian had the right texture with balanced seasoning, while the mushrooms were cooked just right, retaining their juiciness. The Spring Rolls were crispy and packed with well-seasoned vegetables, making them a hit at the table.

For the main course, I tried Smokey Dal Bukhara and Palak Paneer. The Dal Bukhara was an absolute standout — rich, creamy, and perfectly smoky in flavor, a true comfort dish. The Palak Paneer, however, didn’t quite hit the mark for me in terms of taste, but that didn’t overshadow the overall enjoyable meal.

One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional service. The staff is extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to assist. The waiters not only made sure our food came on time but also happily helped us click group pictures, which added to the warm and welcoming vibe of the place.

Let me be blunt: this was easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I’m honestly shocked this place is still in business, because the way they treat customers is nothing short of disrespectful.

We walked in and stood around like idiots for nearly 10 minutes. No greeting, no acknowledgment—just staff pretending we were invisible. When someone finally bothered to look in our direction, they acted like we were an inconvenience. No “hello,” no “sorry for the wait”—just a lazy “sit wherever.” Charming.

After sitting down, we waited. And waited. And then waited some more. No menus. No water. Not even a glance from the waitstaff. We had to flag someone down just to get basic service, and the attitude we got in return? Unbelievable. Like we were ruining their day by… I don’t know… being customers?

When the food eventually showed up (a full 40 minutes later), it was cold and sloppy. Honestly, at that point, even good food wouldn't have saved the experience—but this wasn’t even close. And not once during the entire visit did anyone check in, offer an apology, or ask if we needed anything. We might as well have been ghosts.

Trying to pay and leave was just as bad. We had to chase them to take our money. The bill was wrong, too—and when we pointed it out, the server rolled their eyes like we had made the mistake.

This wasn’t “understaffed on a busy day” bad. This was “no one here gives a single damn” bad. There was no effort, no professionalism, and definitely no hospitality. It felt like the staff actively resented having to serve people.

If you're thinking of going here—don’t. Save your time, your money, and your sanity. Go somewhere that actually respects its customers. Because this place? This...

I went to this place here with my wife and kids. Main attraction was pure veg restaurant.

Easily located on Main road and we visited roof top restaurant area. Moment we entered place is with fab decor and interiors with warm welcome by staff. Got to meet owner Mr Ish Agrawal who is very polite n welcoming

Mr Vikas Singh suggested us with their specialities Boti Kathal and Surkh Paneer Tikka as per our preference and Snacks items for kids. Also detailed us about the restaurant and attended us till last catering to all our needs. Waiters were also very polite and good listening attitude.

Welcome drink shots and order placed on time with proper plating done. Few pics attached for reference. All items served were having good taste and kids liked the snacks items. We were full having snacks items only and look forward to be repeat customer to experience main course as well

Hope same level of taste, quality, hospitality is maintained moving forward as well and you all have grd success ahead serving customers in same manner and have a good business in this area as PURE VEG restaurant of its kind.

Also the most important part that prices are also worth the place and quality served. And reasonable as compared to restaurant of its kind in the nearby locality

Always there is scope of improvement which we and other customers will provide for better taste and quality.
