Domino's Pizza | Aditya City Centre, Ghaziabad — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

This has got to be one of the worst run domino's location. Ordered two vegetarian pizzas in the restaurant for pick-up, the person who helped me pushes to add cheese burst which i added - subsequently the taste of pizzas turned out to be horrible and we couldn't eat it. I call them and they say they will send me replacement pizzas in 30 mins - i stay 5 mins from their location. 1 hour pass by and they never come, i call back and they play ignorance about my order, person who picks up the phone now says he will send pizza to me with priority in next 30 mins, nothing happens this time as well, i call back and the lady who picks up puts me on hold. I was being very patient, hoping they would correct the situation - my son ended up sleeping waiting for the pizza to come. Ultimately, i had to head down to the store and ask for my money back which they did with no acknowledgment of the fact that they have been pushing me around for close to 3 hours. Residing outside India, i don't have much expectation in terms of customer service here but this one was so bad that i had to write this review - you serve bad pizza, do not honor what you say on phone and then don't try to make it right when the customer shows up! It can't get worse than this. I hope customers save their money and try other locations with better quality pizza and...

I ordered 3 pizzas in takeways 1 veg extra vegan cost rupees 300 - which taste like i am eating sabzi on dry chappati 1 regular NHT Veg Mrcn Spi- cost 179 -- Worst topping ever, i only found 4 pasta piece on it very small one, what a joke.. 1 Reg NHT NVG Dominato cost rupees 359 which was okay and taste good. AND COMING TO HYGIENE-- OMG when i look at the kitchen it looks like what are they doing...LIKE BABIES playing with dough.. waste of money.

MAIN POINT - when i entered inside the outlet of Aditya mall- staff were fighting with customer and repeatedly saying that they are not getting good salary and the system provided to them is not efficient and many inputs are missing. FIRST OF ALL To DOMINO -- CARE FOR YOUR STAFF AND TREAT THEM WELL TO SERVE US BETTER OR DONT RUIN OUR FOOD TASTE BECAUSE I DIDNT GET ANY KETCHUP with those pizzas and the pizza taste like a Amateur( non professional chef making pizza) , I repeatedly said to the staff six times to give me oregano seasoning, and wow that's how I lost my 900 rupees totally waste because the pizza i ate was like dry chappati and dry vegetables... Thanks to Domino for ruining my expectations from your pizzas...

Team Domino's , Aditya Mall Indirapuram. We had some time to drop in at Dominos and have a quick pizza. However, had a bad pre order experience. It was totally chaotic at the billing counter and people who have placed orders 30minutes back were getting frustrated since there was no one helping them out. Had to speak to the store in-charge, and subsequently to his manager to appraise of the situation, as a client so that it not repeated. Even though my order was fulfilled after 26 minutes, we still enjoyed our pizza. Post delivery experience i.e. the quality of product was the best and met our expectations, as always. Team Domino's gear up since delivery time at the outlet for non takeaways to be improved .. Plus the display board and menu was not in place. Hope our next visit will be a more pleasing experience, especially the billing part.
