Domino's Pizza | Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

Let me break down the things I noticed one by one

But first a lil story of once when I went there 4-5 years ago. Me and my grandfather had ordered a pizza and were eating it and then for some time I went to washroom and my grandfather was standing outside and when we returned to the seat the cleaner had thrown the pizza which had 3 whole slices left. Our things were also on the table and we were obviously returning but they still threw the pizza away without even asking.

Now back to the review...

•Hygiene : is so and so (the one and only washroom for anyone is not so cleaned(like the western washroom and the hand wash dispenser) and up to par as compared to it's level, even some small restaurants have better cleanliness.

~ though not particularly hygiene that, the origano and chilli flakes sprinkling boxes were all Empty except for only one of chilli flakes.

But, the dustbin and water supply and cleanliness of water was still nice and the bottle of ketchup was filled and the place is almost always air conditioned and spacious.

•Customer service: not really good, ~a person had come to the door when we entered then just disappeared and didn't come back until after a few minutes of waiting when we called him and (to make it clear he was the only frontdesk person there and then too was not coming when we were ready to order) (looks like they are understaffed now, not sarcastically but actually)

~that frontdesk person was not much help in ordering when assisting is one of his job, and his behaviour according to me was not that good rather he seemed irritated just because I was asking about the different options of food when I was obviously a little confused and not to mention this is not a adult but student here(by whom this review is written)

~ At the time we were there, no one else was there so it wasn't like they were busy with other customers,especially the frontdesk person and still neither their behaviour nor attention was good.

~ But one thing to mention is that we had to pack some stuff and at that time they did it without any flaw and also one nice thing was that they had apologized and were cooperative when we called them out for not providing much attention and then they were a bit nicer.

~ on call, we were told that delivery and facility to use coupons are not available but when dining in we can properly see that there is delivery.

•Prices: As per the regular size of the pizza and its price it's too much Because many other pizza places have opened too which have lesser price and a little larger regular size with almost the same if not much better quality.

Now the main thing •food: that's I think the only thing that they are probably good at, Almost ordering anything, we can expect to have nice result I was skeptical to try something new but it was still nice Although, it feels that the level and quality of taste of their food had decreased a bit.

~ last but not least many of the good options like the loaded pizza and some other are not even in stock and rather they are only promoting new pizzas when the old ones were so much nicer...

I love Dominos pizza without any doubt. But, I can't tell you how bad the pizza at this outlet is. I have ordered several times and every time I am disappointed. There is nothing like the name of the cheese in the pizza, the base is so hard and it does not taste good either, nothing is good except choco lava cake and if I eat this pizza from Dominos in Indrapuram, then without any doubt it is so good that it tastes like a pizza. But this branch is so "CRAP", I cannot tell you. I have ordered so many times. Every time I feel like my money has been wasted. There is no sauce in the zingy parcel, it is just flour dough without stuffing.I don't understand why this branch is so useless, if it was not better then it would have been better because then the delivery would be from Dominos in Indrapuram, of course I would have to wait for 40-50 minutes but it would be...

I have been ordering from the branch since its has opened and the thing that separates this brance from other branches anywhere is that amount of topppins and cheese they use in a Cheese Burst pizza is below average. I have given numerous feedbacks to the branch, have spoken with the managers but they didnt seem to bother apart from apologizing!!! For big orders they should be doing confirmation calls but they have missed on that part as well. They dont inform the the products are out of stock mostly 'Sides' and they compensate it with some other side as per their choice which unfortunately customer gets to know when the items are getting delivered. Seriously? This specific branch is just minting money while providing cheap quality of service. There has been no improvents even after...
