I ordered a German Truffle Cake for my daughter's birthday, but what we received was clearly a Black Forest Cake disguised with a chocolate layer on top. As soon as we cut and tasted it, it was obvious that it was not what we had ordered.

To make matters worse, when we contacted them, instead of acknowledging the mistake, we were told that we “don’t have a taste for German Truffle,” which was both rude and unprofessional.
