Collection O Shankar Hotel — Hotel in Ghaziabad

I was visiting from Europe and needed some good place ,near to ABES college , Noida ( U.P) , I found this Lovely hotel ( Shankar Hotel Crossing Republic) I was too impressed with the staff , perticularly Mr. Rashid Chauhan , Aditya Singh , Dev Mishra , Rohit Kumar and the Owner Mr. Shanker Sharma. I was a bit worried as coming from Abroad and sceptical about an OYO hotel here, but to my surprise this place , has been really amazing. The location is very very good. Great connectivity , amazing shopping malls and localities in walking distance and the rooms are very well ventilated with good sunlight . The Reception feels so cozy and homely .

I shall look forward to stay here , whenever I come to Noida ,next. My best wishes and greetings to all of them.

Staff are stubborn, no care for customer. No service provide like help in carrying luggage(even they directly refuse to help to my parents age 75y) Room was in mess and Dust are all around even used condom Packets where left besides beds. Bathrooms where dirty as bad as of public bathrooms. Grease all found all around on tap, on tiles and on commod. Complete mess and unhygienic during Covid 19. Irony Is that Booked room for three person but provided mattress only for two. & No one is ready to hear us on it. There is no arrangement of security in any means. Even they do not follow the term & condition of Oyo, for two hr of complementry cheq out extention. Worst experience I can ever have 👎 I visited their hotel and they firstly told that electricity will come within sometime and at that time the Ac of room was on but lights and fans were not working so I opted that but after sometime light gone and I waited for an hour for light to come but due to hot weather I decided to check out within 2 hrs of check in but they haven't refunded a single penny as it's their responsibility they should arrange a generator or something instead they said they can't refund any amount that's the worst thing about them and also the rooms are so smelling I recommend not to visit this hotel whether you are unmarried couple of with family as the behaviour and service of...
