In the beginning it was very good in taste and quality now they've enhanced their menu options but not properly worked on their quality, not even sustained the flavor. I've been there thrice in the past one year on different occasions but never satisfied with the service and quality they've served. A very for granted style of serving has come up our way. The chaap was under cooked or over cooked, not expecting this from them as they've started from a cart now also have a shop but need to maintain their quality and flavor too, as the prices are hiked within the past two years so people will ask for quality too. Now they also have chur chur naan thali, Shahi paneer and daal options. Masala Chaap, Tawa Chaap, Malai Chaap are the best options to try there and a normal 15-20mins of waiting is usually...

Pathetic service. Avoid this place. Food is below average, but the worst part is their clueless and arrogant staff. You pay upfront, get a receipt—but no one tells you that you have to hand it to the kitchen. I waited 40 minutes for nothing.

When I asked why my order wasn’t ready, the guy at the counter blamed me—zero accountability, no apology, just attitude. Both people running the counter are rude, unprofessional, and clearly unfit to run a food business.
