Haldiram's - World Square Mall — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

I don’t know why but this outlet of Haldirams at World Square mall is going pathetic day by day. I have seen the food quality going down everytime i visit it. Who does not love rice bowls at haldirams but they offer undercooked rice and vegetables. I ordered for matar kulcha and they had put so much chilli in it that my mouth and stomach were burning immediately after i had the first bite. With my pent up frustration, i went to talk to the manager, not to have my food or money replaced but to update him about the repetitive dissatisfaction in terms of food quality. This outlet has a manager who is inexperienced and talks like he is a 17 year old teenager. The worst part is that instead of accepting the feedback constructively, he got offended and said that i must be assuming that the quality is bad that is why i must have been feeling the burn. Now that’s a totally kiddish answer. He proved his lack of experience and i got to know why this outlet’s food and team is going down. As everybody knows, the quality of food from Haldiram's is really really good and the food is lip smacking. I've been there many many times and can confirm that everything I've tried has been good ranging from South/North Indian food to sweet dishes.

The Noodles and Motichur Ladoo's are my personal favorite.

If you are traveling on this stretch of highway between Meerut Toll and Muzzafarnagar bypass, then this stop at Mansurpur is a no brainier as :

1. More than plenty parking space.

2. Proper security in the parking to keep the bad elements out, like people who sit in their car in parking and take alcoholic beverages.

3. Well maintained washrooms which are cleaned almost hourly.

4. Best place to eat on this stretch of highway as you're assured of the safety, hygiene and quality of food!

Also, it's very easy to spot it from highway and is on the side of main highway only.

Today I asked them that there idli is not up to the mark , their idli was very thin and not worth RS. 100 a plate , they immediately said - "Sir hamare yaha toh aise hi banti hai".
