KATHI JUNCTION, GALAXY BUSINESS PARK ,NOIDA — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

VERY POOR SERVICE AND BAD BEHAVIOUR BY THE MANAGER!!!!!

I had been visiting kathi junction from a long time, but I had a very disappointing visit today at Kathi Junction, Galaxy Business Park, NOIDA. I wanted to place an order for Chicken Shorma Roll box for two and a half chicken biryani. The half chicken biryani was quoted for Rs. 110/- on the menu card. The manager firstly asked me to order full plate and when I refused, then he stated that the price for half chicken biryani has been changed from Rs. 110/- to Rs. 130/. I agreed on that but he further stated that he won’t be providing me a bill for those additional Rs. 20/- charged. This was really pathetic and rude. I wrote a proper complaint in the feedback register and there was not even an apology from that manager for the inconvenience that he caused. This would most probably be my last visit to this place. Kindly take appropriate action against the manager so that at least other customers are not treated in the same...

Today , I had ordered a chicken roll, before that I specifically told them I had some issues with there previous order that chicken is not served hot and there were less sauces in the roll when served .

Today same thing happened there were less sauces in the roll as well as chicken in the roll was not served hot.

From next time on wards I have to try some other firm not this one. This was my last order on...
