Recently I had a visit to 🎪 Bikanervala sector 62 Noida, upon my visit I was curious enough to order 🍩 Ghewar which is a famous cuisine of Rajasthan and is widely available in the month of July and August or typically in Indian monsoon. 🌧️
I used to make a visit at Bikanervala sector 18 Noida but this time I wanted to try out the other outlet which is situated at sector 62 so I reached there, I requested the staff and the manager about the availability of Ghewar to which they responded saying that it should be available within next 15 to 20 minute, I reached there at 1:10 PM and waited till 2 PM but still it was not available upon my consistent follow-up from the store manager and the staff I was told that it was on the way and may arrive any time to which it finally arrived by 2:20 PM.
After waiting for more than an hour I got the order and finally rushed back however the experience with Bikanervala Noida 62 was peculiarly unexpected to my expectations. At least from the store manager it is expected that they convey right information to the customer however to my surprise I found that how that 15 minute was translated to more than an hour when the final product availability was made.
From a brand like Bikanervala which is spread across India in multiple city's and districts, its legitimate and not much demanding to respect the time of its customer and suggest availability accordingly...
Read moreHaving an office in ithum, wantedly or unwantedly the frequency to this Bikanerwala outlet has increased manifold, despite the unpleasant experiences that we've heard before. Apart from the waste vast space, frankly there's nothing to be happy about here. From the rudest & inefficient staff (esp.the billing ones), to the non-tasty, non-fresh food, non-functional AC, limited food availability and poor communication and ill- coordination: u name it and it's here... even when it's mostly empty, esp. during evenings.
I had a few food discount coupons that are applicable on dine in, but with the AC not working there and during/after office hours, we thought of eating in office ( 5 floors above) .... but they profusely refused to pack and let go of total sales of atleast 3-4 times... But not accomodate even when the restaurant was empty literally. With no Manager in sight, ofcourse we didn't order anything finally. And this has happened a couple of times already with me/other colleagues.
Thankfully, there's Haldirams across the road that's offers a similar menu, with much active and efficient staff and better food.
How I wish both the outlets get exchanged to and we get...
Read moreI recently purchased 10 pieces of rasmalai from this Bikanerwala outlet, and every single one was sour, foul-smelling, and clearly spoiled. The ghewar I bought was equally disappointing — soggy and stale. Even their lunch thali is far from authentic, with vegetables that taste artificial and chemical-laced. It’s evident they have very low sales volume, and perishables are not fresh. As someone whose office is in the same building, I’ve also heard consistent negative feedback from others about their poor-quality food and sweets. In my opinion, this outlet is compromising on hygiene and food safety standards, and I strongly believe FSSAI should inspect their kitchen and operations immediately. If you value your health, I would advise you to avoid this...
