It was a pathetic experience.

In Short.... Total chaos in shop. Dirty No light, no AC Workers were clueless,roaming around. Water dropping from roof near reception. Pathetic customer service. No coordination in employees. Employees were also seems irritated.

In Detail....... I went there for the 1st time. Buy boondi laddu, then we feel like to have LASSI and PYAAZ CACHORI. First receptionist had no idea if lassi can be made, she asked 2 ppl, latter they said just go upside waiter will come down and will prepare him self. We wait for 10 min where AC wasn't working at all. Then waiter said lassi & kachori not available. We went down asked for refund. There arguments was, once bill generated no refunds, she asked again someone for lassi, after so much chaos they provide 2 glass of lassi that took 50 min of us. I'll never step up into this restaurant...
