Restaurant Review Chaotic when crowded Taste of the food just BAD. Its too oily. Before May 2022 the chef was different hence the taste was better. Now not at all Good. Too spicy at times and too oily always. Sweets are Ok with sugar in the sweets is always on the higher side. Prices just OK. Parking place is a problem as it is on a busy road.

Party Hall Review: I booked the small party hall which is in the basement.

1. Space adequate for a gather of around 30 -35(max)

2. AC in the basement are not at all working. So, you may feel humid or sweaty. When they keep the food inside the hall all the fumes are eaten and spread across in the hall by the ACs then it starts burning the eyes. Not at all pleasant.

3. The owner shall promise lot of things at the time of booking but will do whatever 'he/they' feel worth doing and not what promised. Be it decoration, Cleaning, dedicated cleaning service, dedicated waiters etc.

4. Food: Nothing is exclusively prepared for the party hall which is promised by them. It will be the same thing which is prepared in restaurant and that will be served to you. It may also happen that the quantity doesn't suffice then he will ask you " whether I can bring this dish sir?" Kindly be prepared for that. Lastly since nothing is exclusive for you, so, even at the time they promised to prepare without oil / spice they shall serve what is cooked in the restaurant which as I explained in the restaurant review has degraded after new chef.

5. Services : The timings of the serving of food is not right. It may happen that some of your guest leave before the food is served. Hence be prepared and order the main course to serve in advance. It does take time. As explained above there will be no one dedicatedly serving you as promised.

6. Payment : As local "lalaji" the expectation here is you give him CASH. In my case it was after lot of insisting and argument that the payment was taken using card.

Don't want to give even single star. Pathetic food pathetic service. Total waste of money. Manager and serving staff was really low grade. They don't have manners to behave with the customer. Daal was all Pani. Paneer was tasteless. All chappati and naans were dhandi👎👎. And these guys were behaving saying choo k dekhna kha k dekhna, very bad guys, these poor guys justifying themselves by saying that we don't deserve better and reviewing them for discount. But Madan really need to work on their services. And we haven't asked even for any discount. Poor guys shameless people. We were 25 people and their staff do not have manners to behave. Showing attitude to all our guest. Very bad 😞😞😞 disappointed 😞😞 with you people. Not acceptable. Don't need anything from you neither discount nor services there are thousands of restaurants. You don't deserve and need more customers I guess. Sorry to say but not the right attitude guys👎👎👎👎😞😞😞 your drop has started man ego will ruin your business. I'm not the only one there are mostly bad reviews on Madans. I hope u will learn how to resume ur customer man. Have some attiquates . And this is the main reason u guys are having mostly bad reviews on all websites. It's not about the mediocre bill man try to learn that every single billing is important for you.
