McDonald's — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

It is one of the best McDonald's outlet in Delhi NCR. It is spacious enough with plenty of seating options. The lighting is pretty nice too. There's a section where you can organise your kid's birthday party too. The staff is kind and the service is quick. A large number of people can sit and enjoy their meal over here. The customer service is quite fast and bigger orders are prepared at good pace. The customer service is at its best as they are ready to help you out in any way.

But what makes this particular outlet different is its great location and nicely organized seating arrangements: they have various sorts of chairs and couches for the visitor's ease and it doesn't feel crowded even at peak times. Moreover, parking in front of this outlet is free. Visitors can also park their car in the basement that too free of cost. I have observed birthday parties being organised here on one or two occasions in a separate area. The ambience is nice and the staff is co-operative. One of them offered us fresh water when we ordered our stuff in summers, it shows there concern towards customer delight. This is located inside the Eros mall near DPS Indirapuram.

McDonald's is always a good place to be at for a quick bite, but ever since McD has taken full control of operations, there was much more to expect from them. Sometimes the experience goes awry where either you are not handled well at the POS or the food delivered (which is usually a take away during these times) the product being served is sub standard. What I know of McDonald's is that there is a timeline where you can serve the food to customers until a specified time once it has been prepared, but my experience this time was bad with the burger having a stale and cold patty in a Mc Chicken Burger. Although we were consuming the food in our car parked out side, so I took back the burger and it was promptly replaced... BUT THE POINT IS, WAS THIS SERVED ON PURPOSE OR WAS THIS...

Recently I have celebrated my kids birthday at Mc Donalds Eros Mall. Initially when I entered the cafe their staff denied to help to carry the birthday cake inside saying this is not within our services. This was very unprofessional.

The board mentioning details of birthday was broken not at all bothered just have finished the task.

Next time I am not going to prefer this outlet atleast as this was my worst experience.

And the staff who was arranging the cake cutting was not bothered what accessories are there with the cake as there was a number candle with the cake to be blown they haven't put it on the cake.I was occupied to look after the guest and kids and it's their responsibility to look after these small things.
