Subway La Gracia Mall — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

Subway was my favourite for so many years. However, this particular outlet exceeds my disappointment multiple times. The staff over there do not know how to prepare the subs at all. They will prepare it in such a way that you cannot eat it. It's been multiple times that they do not deliver what you have ordered. Not sure what they are up to when they prepare the order. If you just plan to have some advertised items to save your money, they are always out of stock. I do not understand if you don't want to sell your items then why are you advertising them. I have seen one more scam, if you visit the store then there are some Cravers that can be ordered for Rs. 79 onwards, but if you want to order them on Zomato then you need to pay Rs. 119 for the same items + Restaurant Handling Fee of Rs. 25 + Platform Fee of Rs. 10 + Taxes. Eventually, if you want to order via Zomato it's too costly but if you want to visit the store then items are always...

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at one of your outlet at Crossings Republik. I placed an order with your establishment, only to receive an incomplete order with poor taste and quality. Not only was the food below standard, but the items were missing, making the experience even more frustrating.

Furthermore, the lack of professionalism displayed by your executives is concerning. They seemed unaware of how to handle the situation appropriately and failed to respond adequately when contacted regarding the wrong delivery. Attempting to reach out by phone proved futile, as calls went unanswered.

As a customer, I expect better service and quality from a reputable establishment like Subway. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take steps to address these issues to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar experiences...

The standards of this subway has drastically degraded. They don't have all sauces, don't have all veggies and even breads and drinks. They are highly under-supplied with their raw materials. Even te paneer they are using is not the actual paneer tikka. Really disappointed with this franchise.

Older review May 2021---- The Subway Crossings Republik has been giving poor quality food and is unable to prepare food as per my request. Whatever you aske them to put in the sub sandwich, thye just make it in their standard way which is absolutely disappointing. Very poor service and disgusting food preparation by Subway branch. I hope the owner looks into these reviews and make efforts in improving the quality of his franchise.
